As a Process Engineer, you will play a key role in implementing improvement initiatives, conducting analyses, and providing technical support on the manufacturing floor.
Apply engineering principles to design, optimize, and troubleshoot manufacturing processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality, reduce costs, and improve overall efficiency.
Conduct detailed analyses of production processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
Design and implement process controls to ensure consistency and reliability in manufacturing operations.
Provide technical support to the manufacturing floor, addressing and resolving issues to minimize downtime.
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Process Engineer in a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of engineering principles, process optimization, and quality control.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in using engineering software and tools.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in documentation and process improvement.
