You will work in partnership with a squad leader supporting a CSMA squad, delivering new and evolving products and services. You will help Fidelity to create a product that allows investors to directly own all or a customized subset of individual securities in an index. To capture market growth and become and industry leading CSMA provider, we will be extending our offering by pursuing off-platform distribution channels.As a Product Delivery Sr. Manager, you blend deep knowledge of Product Management and Business Analysis skills, with the ability to drive business deliverables within the Product Development Life Cycle with a passion for empathizing with customers, defining the problem statement, generating solution ideas, collaborating, and seeing products come to life!There are three primary principles of being a great Product Delivery Sr. Manager in Product Solutions:

How do you drive your product to launch and support after launch The Expertise and Skills You Bring Bachelor's degree required, master's in business and or relevant technology leadership focus is significantly beneficial Typically, > 5 years of experience working within a product management team focused on delivery, technology, and software development. Must possess good analytical skills and technical aptitude Bring a voice of influence and impact to the agile team and interdependent teams by understanding the vision of the agile team and highlighting multiple touch points to collaborate across teams and move towards the business goal with strong communication and navigating through complex capabilities Be proficient at all stages of the Product Delivery Lifecycle focusing on driving change to how we do business to bring a product from strategy to the marketplace Ability to focus on and understand the customer experience end to end and identify pain points while working across stakeholders to be able to communicate to the agile team with epics and stories Demonstrate a grow and learn mentality to advance skills and standards and approach the work with a constant learning curiosity to keep current and be able to keep your team current on skills Ability to work with ambiguity, understand complex business problems, synthesize information, analyze data, and develop practical solutions and recommendations Proficient in organizing and analyzing data to support strategic business decisions Knowledge of managed accounts and separately managed accounts (SMA) preferred The Team This is an excellent opportunity to join the Product Solutions chapter area and work on solutions to drive FI business forward. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
