The RoleThis Director role is a member of the Fidelity Brokerage Finance Team, delivering impactful, insightful, and actionable financial analysis to our Technology business partners to guide effective decision-making. The candidate filling this Finance Director role will be instrumental in providing support as the Technology Domain moves towards providing the easiest, simplest, and fastest experiences to our clients and associates.u00A0 Disciplined financial analysis, strong relationship building, and the ability to understand how to communicate useful financial information to business partner will be essential. u00A0The person in this role will work directly with the Head of Brokerage Technology, the broader domain senior team, key partners in other business functions, and members of Finance across the firm. The Expertise and Skills You Bring Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent; MBA or advanced degree preferred 10
years experience applying Finance skills and concepts Proven ability to combine a strategic business perspective with strong project management and analytical skills, with solid business and financial acumen Excellent written and verbal communications skills, including the ability to u201Ctell the storyu201D and communicate complex financial information to influence executive decision making Strong interpersonal skills, proactively building consultative relationships across Finance and the business Solid knowledge of financial modeling, presentation, and data visualization tools (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Thinkcell, Tableau, Business Objects) and the ability to teach others Strong strategic and analytical skills combined with proven business and financial acumen Ability to develop and implement financial reporting that drives strong financial discipline Ability to create complex financial models to inform business cases and investment returns Unmatched organizational and prioritization skills ability to coordinate, think and act decisively and always with a broad perspective Proven ability and flexibility to manage multiple high-priority, highly visible deliverables in a deadline driven environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills along with your ability to influence others and build relationships Proven ability to craft presentations for senior management Passion and energy in everything you do and a customer obsessed mindset Intellectual curiosity The Value You Deliver Confidence, business maturity, and presence to work independently and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization, including effectively interacting with and influencing senior management Outstanding critical thinking, problem solving, decision-making, and analytical skills Unmatched organizational and prioritization skills ability to coordinate, think and act proactively and always with a broad perspective Proven ability, flexibility, and resourcefulness to manage multiple high-priority, highly visible deliverables in a deadline driven environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills along with the ability to influence others and build relationships Enthusiasm and energy in everything you do and a customer obsessed approach Certifications:
