We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our teamThis is a permanent position that offers the opportunity to work on some of the most exciting civil construction projects in the industryOur ideal candidate carries a strong background in civil engineering, architecture, and construction project managementYou will be responsible for leading teams, planning and overseeing projects, ensuring they are completed in a timely and cost-effective mannerYour role will also involve liaising with clients, interpreting their needs and requirements, and ensuring they are metYou will be the go-to person for everything involving a project's organization and timeline.Why join us?Great Benefits, Remote Flexibility, Growth Opportunity, Great Culture, PTO, 401K, and much more!Job DetailsResponsibilities1Manage and oversee all aspects of a project from start to finishThis includes setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring and summarizing the progress of the project.2Develop comprehensive project plans and coordinate with internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.3Perform risk management to minimize project risks and create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.4Use project management tools to track project performance and schedule adherence.5Conduct cost analysis, estimating expected costs for the projectPrepare and implement a budget based on estimates.6Address any potential issues or delays in order to minimize the impact on the project timeline and ensure that the project is completed on time.7Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with specific quality standards.8Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, team members, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.9Use AutoCAD to design and plan project elements as needed.Qualifications1Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.2A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction, civil engineering, or architecture project management.3Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager, New Construction Project Manager, or in a similar role.4Proficient in AutoCAD and other construction project management tools.5Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D or similar.6Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, regulatory approvals, etc.7Project management and supervision skills with a strong working knowledge of construction processes, means and methods, knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.8Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to maintain good relationships with clients, team members, and stakeholders.9Strong problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset.10A team player with leadership abilities, who can manage and lead teams effectively.11PMP or equivalent certification would be considered an asset.Interested in hearing more?
