Summary:
This is a call center so all of our assignments involve taking or making calls for multiple projects, it's the main objective of our department. To assist with troubleshooting when something is wrong. Will need to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Must be willing to move around shift times with projects.
Responsibilities:
THIS JP IS FOR AN 8 HOUR SHIFT BETWEEN 8:
00AM - 8:
00PM. Note Training is 5 days a week onsite (Training shift time maybe different for each candidate but will be in-between the 8 AM to 8 PM window)
Experience:
A minimum of 1 year work experience needed. A Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED required Must have strong troubleshooting skills coupled with diagnostic, and problem solving skills Supervisory skills are an asset but not a requirement Must possess clear, accurately and tactful, communication both verbally and written Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Access Understanding of Intermediate/Expert technical terminology is preferred Must be able to work independently and occasionally lead within a group Technical installation experience a plus but not necessary Education:

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
