Application Technical Specialist

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing call center-based technical support to store locations, vendors, and staff. You will serve as the first point of contact for troubleshooting issues encountered in stores, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to implementation-based protocols. Your primary duties will include:
Providing first-level troubleshooting support for technical issues encountered in store locations. Assuring implementation-based protocols are met to ensure seamless operation of technical systems. Rendering assistance for equipment troubleshooting and ensuring adherence to deployment processes. Updating the database with the resolution of issues and tracking technical progress while completing work within the store. ication! Requirements:
A minimum of 1 year of work experience in technical support or a related field. A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED. Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills. Supervisory skills are an asset but not a requirement. Clear, accurate, and tactful communication skills, both verbally and written. Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Access. Understanding of intermediate/expert technical terminology is preferred. Ability to work independently and occasionally lead within a group.
