Summary:
In this key role on the High Purity Sales Team, the Biopharma Product Manager (BPM) position handles product strategy,technical product management and sales. The BPM is the face of HPNE to the customer. This position must understandand then represent the client and the product requirements. The BPM will work with the engineering, client services,materials, quality and production teams to ensure the product requirements and workflow are accurate. The BPM isresponsible for the overall customer satisfaction and retention.Supervisory

The responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Identify new business opportunities aligned with the organization's overall market and growth strategy Actively drive newly launched innovative products and services into the marketplace Proactively follow up on the successful implementation of sales activity at key accounts Regularly report on the progress of acquired business to senior leadership and internal stakeholders Ability to seek out and identify new sales opportunities and build relationships with long term partners Provide technical support and field application support to customers Participate in industry events and trade shows Conduct onsite demonstrations Maintain updated and accurate account information Maintain strong cross functional relationship with key stakeholders in other departments High-level of correspondence with HPNE's customer base Generate qualified leads Manage existing accounts Perform other projects and duties as assigned by the Sales Manager for the overall benefit of the organizationRequired Skills and Abilities:
Ability to prioritize and multitask Proven sales and product management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail Ability to work effectively on a cross functional team and independentlyEducation and
Experience:
o Bachelor's degree in a science or technical major area preferredo 5 years of sales experience REQUIRED, ideally in pharma, biotech or life science sector focused on pump salesPhysical Requirements:
o Employee is required to sit, stand, walk, and move around the facilities.
