The HR Consultant role will be responsible for supporting the PeopleSoft Enterprise Learning Management application (eLM). The Learning Analyst will work closely with the functional team and technology team to support ongoing operations, enhancement and future projects. The candidate should have a strong understanding of the interactions between PeopleSoft HCM and a learning application. The HR Consultant will serve as a PeopleSoft subject matter expert for the learning application. Operating in the HR Technology Solutions team requires an ability to be a self starter and solution orientated, demonstrated by being able to analyze opportunities, generate alternatives and make sound recommendations.
Primary
responsibilities
will include (but not limited to) :
Overall support of the learning application including developing and executing test scripts, negative testing, recommending improvements, analyzing and troubleshooting issues.
Be the lead Analyst for learning items by partnering with stakeholders to identify opportunities to create more effective and efficient processes.
Partner with other teams to support business operations, resolve issues and support the application.
Act as the technical expert on learning systems, eLM preferred.
Provide support executing the systems development life cycle by:
Managing functional requirements by documenting current processes, analyzing alternatives and redesigning processes to implement the best solution using a fit/gap analysis.
Developing functional specifications including process maps, functional design and test plans for projects requiring technical review and development.
Acting as a liaison between technical and functional teams.
Working with the project management team to establish and monitor project tasks and milestones.
Facilitating communications, change management and training needs for changes to HR and Learning processes and systems
Analyst will also provide system support to other areas of HR; Recruiting, Payroll, file transmissions

Qualifications
3 - 5 years experience in PeopleSoft version 9.1 and a learning application ( PeopleSoft eLM 9.2 preferred)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to work across multiple departments and units within the bank
Experience utilizing or supporting a learning application required
Experience using a structured project management and systems development methodology required
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Ability to work in a fast paced dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks

Hours and Work Schedule
Hours per Week: 40
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
