3. At least 3 years of development experience especially using Spring framework (MVC, CORE, IOC) , SOAP web service, Java, J2EE, Struts.
4. Experience working with one or more Web and/or Application Server like Tomcat, Websphere, Weblogic.
5. End-to-end experience in agile software development lifecycle.
