Company is seeking a mid-level attorney to join its Employment Law team. The primary focus of this role will be to provide legal representation before FINRA in employment-related claims, but will also include responsibility for providing advice and counsel on employment law issues and responding to other employment litigation. Represent companys Wealth Management division in FINRA arbitrations involving claims made by and against employees of the company and other licensed employees subject to FINRA registration, including case assessments, conducting discovery, preparation of witnesses and appearing before FINRA panels.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
