H.R. Coordinator- Entry Level

Position Summary
This position will work with the TA Operations Office team by providing a wide variety of TA support as well as handling administrative tasks.
Principal Responsibilities
Project plan initiatives that span the groups (examples: training, headcount budgeting, talent management, year-end processes, etc.)

Provide support for recruitment-related efforts including: preparing requisitions in our recruitment system, tracking and reporting on candidate pipelines, etc.
Provide critical reports to the HRBPs around headcount on a regular basis.
Assist HRBPs with scheduling/calendaring, travel arrangements/T&E; reporting; coordinating HR meetings & joint-initiatives.
Support HR teams in financial management/ budget related aspects of the department-s business to include creation of purchase orders, and processing of invoices.
Provide recommendations for process improvements.
Participate in ad hoc / specific HR projects as they arise.
Other duties as assigned.
Working hours: 8am - 5pm
Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook Calendaring, emphasis on strong Excel skills.
Must be flexible and able to work on multiple priorities and effectively handle interruptions during the day.
Ability to organize and prioritize work along with the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Familiarity with HR applications, HRIS, applicant tracking systems (Success Factors, SAP, Jobvite, OrgPlus).
Strong project management skills in addition to specific competencies: Self- starter, business savvy, ability to influence without authority, professional demeanor, resilient, highly-responsive, accountable and action-oriented.
Works effectively in both individual and team-based settings and projects.
Excellent written and verbal skills.
Detail and process oriented.
Proficiently with MS Office Suite (Word, Powerpoint, Excel and Outlook).
Strong client service delivery orientation.
Ability to maintain highest standard of confidentiality and professionalism.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Ability to make recommendations to effectively resolve problems and issues by using judgment consistent with policies, practices, regulations or laws.
0-2 years related experience
Undergraduate degree a plus

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
