Our client has the immediate need to add a Retail Support Coordinator to their busy team. The Retail Support Coordinator will work as part of a busy support team to take incoming calls from employees in the field who may have questions or may need assistance with their product. Once trained, the Retail Support Coordinator will provide requested information and research information to provide support to the field employees. Additionally, the Retail Support Coordinator will perform daily administrative functions, update information in an excel based system, as well as interact with the Account Management team. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
