The Retail Support Coordinator will work as part of a busy support team to take incoming calls from employees in the field who may have questions or may need assistance with their product. Once trained, the Retail Support Coordinator will provide requested information and research information to provide support to the field employees. Additionally, the Retail Support Coordinator will perform daily administrative functions, update information in an excel based system, as well as interact with the Account Management team.
