Primary
Responsibilities:
Document business processes, define complex business requirements and design solutions for complex and large projects.
Directs project meetings and document meeting agendas and minutes
Contributes to assessing project scope and feasibility
Reviews and/or may participate in the development of test plans, cases and test data
Performs integration and acceptance testing as required
Participates in product release activities and contributes to troubleshooting enhancement and production support related issues
Working with the offshore development team to transfer application requirements and knowledge
Facilitates requirement gathering sessions with business sponsors
Produces high quality system requirements and functional design documents
Translates functional business requirements to technical staff
Participates in product release activities and contributes to troubleshooting enhancement and production support related issues
Qualifications:
Must have 5
years of systems analytical experience, with a focus in financial services applications
Expertise in requirements gathering and technical design
Knowledge of CyberArk is a plus
Knowledge of Security Access Management systems is a plus
Large-scale full project life cycle project experience across multiple platforms and technologies
Deep knowledge of System Development Life Cycle / Agile project life cycle
Ability to produce concise and clear requirements & system specifications
Ability to work across the firm with both technical and business organizations to resolve conflicts and deliver functionality
Ability to establish, maintain, and monitor full project life cycle plans for complex projects across multiple technical platforms
Knowledge of project management practices and techniques, PMP certification a plus
BA or BS degreeEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
