You will be responsible for providing advice to the Asset Management Compliance group within company with respect to the investment activities of the mutual funds, company and its affiliated investment advisers. You will also support Asset Management Compliance, including the Funds Chief Compliance Officers, and companys Equity and Fixed Income investment teams in connection with the companys continuing global expansion. In addition, you will provide auxiliary support as needed to the companys High Yield and Equity trading desks in reviewing private placements, restructuring transactions and corporate actions.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
